You're not broken. You're under-supported.
Most "crises" untangle fast with the right eyes on them — and the sooner, the better.
The feedings. The tears. The 3 a.m. searches. You weren't meant to white-knuckle this alone.
Somewhere between in love and in over your head — with sore nipples, a fussy baby, a body that doesn't feel like yours, and a brain running on worry. That's not failure. That's the gap between "bring baby home" and "know what to do." Let's close it.
Ideal timing: the first 1–2 weeks · But it's never too late
BABY IS HERE
IF YOU'RE IN THE THICK OF IT…
These aren't signs you're failing. They're calls for support.
If you recognize yourself here, please hear this: you're doing better than you think, and none of this has to stay this hard.
"Breastfeeding hurts more than I expected — and I'm gritting through every feed."
"My baby won't latch, pops off constantly, or feeds for hours and never seems full."
"I'm terrified my supply is too low — or the weight-gain worries are creeping in."
"Pumping feels like a second full-time job and I dread every session."
"My baby is gassy, fussy, and inconsolable — and honestly, so am I."
"I'm healing from birth and I'm barely holding it together."
THERE'S A CLEARER WAY THROUGH
One visit can change everything.
Through an occupational therapy and lactation lens, I look at the whole picture — latch, oral-motor patterns, your recovery, baby's nervous system, and the routines holding it all together. Most tangles loosen fast once someone who knows what to look for is actually in the room with you.
You don't have to figure it out at 3 a.m. by yourself.
WHAT WE'LL COVER TOGETHER
The full landscape of feeding & early life
✓Breastfeeding & latch — positioning, comfort, milk transfer, and pain-free feeding. Pain is a signal, not a rite of passage.
✓Bottle feeding, pumping & combo feeding — flange sizing, paced bottle feeds, and a plan that fits your real life.
✓Baby's feeding & oral-motor development — tongue/lip-tie discussion, sucking patterns, and when to refer.
✓Maternal recovery & body mechanics — how you hold, lift, nurse, and rest without creating new pain.
✓Sleep, routines & daily life — gentle rhythms that help your baby (and you) regulate.
✓Confidence & connection — reassurance, encouragement, and a clear plan you can actually follow.
WHAT TO EXPECT
A thoughtful, unhurried in-home visit
About 75–90 minutes. We observe a real feed, assess both you and your baby, and build a practical plan you can follow — no more guessing between visits.
You'll get follow-up support by text or call so you're never alone at 3 a.m. again. Ideal timing: the first 1–2 weeks postpartum, especially if feeding feels off — but it's never too late to reach out.
